“I am so disappointed with BELLAMI!!!
I ordered CLEOPATRA CLIP IN BANGS OFF BLACK but I received SIDE SWEPT CLIP IN BANGS OFF BLACK. I can not tell much about the quality of the hair because I've never purchased real hair extensions before. Hair seemed nice and soft to me and the colour matched my natural colour very well. To receive the wrong item for such a small order is really disappointing, but ok I thought, it happens, and I was very patient until now. Almost two months after, I was not able to exchange the wrong item. Waybill number is not working every time I try to organise a return with DHL something does not work and I only used what Bellami customer service representatives told me to use.
My order was placed 8/30/21 and today is 10/28/21
They just keep apologising and giving new instructions.I will never order form bellami again, just because of this terrible experience.”
