“Very unlike Bellami quality! The So-called “S curl” completely straightened out and I was left with processed extensions. They feel like they are over a year old....”
“The color was not as expected. I ordered a level 2, which should be dark brown. They were instead a dark auburn color, which didn’t match the picture on the website or my hair. The cut of the bangs was also very strange. Rather than a blunt cut bang falling just below the eyebrows, there was a small (maybe 2”) portion that was blunt cut at that level and the rest of the piece was cut like a chin level bob. The piece also had to be clipped in halfway back on my head (almost to the crown) to look like a bang at all. It was impossible to blend. The quality of the hair itself was okay. Not the best quality hair I’ve had, but not cheap synthetic crap that fries as soon as you get it hot or wet, either. Overall, I really don’t think this is a $50 product. I’ve sent the piece back for inspection after customer service said they may give a store credit if it’s not up to their standards, but that’s not a ton of consolation. Basically, skip it.”
“I ordered this product in mid-July and haven't received it. Today is October 2, 2018. I've tried to contact Bellami 3 times and have not received a response from them.”
