“The color was meant to be chocolate brown but was instead orange. The cut adds strange framing to the face instead of being blunt bangs as it may appear in the pictures, and it’s fussy to put in. And no, you can’t return them either. Very disappointing and expensive.”
“Ordered these extensions 4 weeks ago and still have to receive them. When emailing them i was told 4-6 weeks is standard time to wait for extensions. Not satisfied not good”
“If you like changing your look, these bangs are a great way to do so. The quality of the hair is very silky and easy to style and they look really pretty. The only reason why I didn't give 5 stars is because the weft shows up at the top and camouflaging it can be cumbersome. Aside from that? Awesome product. Love it.”
“Within one week of receiving my Cleopatra Clip in Bangs, they have already broken after being tried on twice! The clips on the back have broken, and I haven't even worn them out of my house yet. Not to mention the top row of hair on the weft sticks up at very odd and unnatural angles making it very difficult to style. I called customer service 8 minutes after the line opened for the day, waited nearly 20 minutes on hold, was refused my request for a refund by the service representative, and when I asked to speak to management, I was told she was stepping out and would return my call eventually. Stepping out less than 30 minutes after they opened for the morning???? Not impressed. Don't waste your money on this cheap product.”
