Upon recieveing my Bellami bangs I noticed they were a little brassier than I excepted and due the packaging the hair was kinked. I used a dollar sized amount of my quantum purple shampoo and latherd it gently waited a minute or so and rinsed them, I used tressemme heat protectant and dried them on a med heat med speed to my desired style. I was dissapointed to find them very frizzy and shedding. They quality has completely changed and they no longer look natural. I may be able to use them once i can correctly match my hair color to the piece but it is unlikely.”
