“I was thoroughly disappointed with the poor quality clips and claimed color match on this purchase. I bought the same piece last December and had to dye it, then this past July I found that the clips quality was poor and you can see exactly where the side bang was placed.
Awful! Even told customer service about it and unsympathetically was told that they don’t have the tools to tell if a product was used so they can’t help. The “Hello Darling” message might as well say “Good luck sucker!””
“The side swept bang I received had a gray hair in there. The hair texture is awful. The hair was so coarse and wavy. If you have straight hair forget about it. The hair looks like it came from a woman from India. Totally did not match the texture of my hair. Total waste of money. Since there are no returns I threw it away!!”
