“My review is mixed. I had heard so many good things about Bellami hair and so finally I got the money to order the side swept bangs. I really wanted to get away from synthetic and have real hair so I was initially excited about trying out these bangs.
My hair is black so I ordered the #1B off black side swept bangs and I was expecting black, but not as dark as the #1 jet black. What I received was clearly brown. The quality of the hair is superb, but it did not blend with my hair color. The customer service was very disappointing, because when I wrote them about this, they would not do a return, exchange, a store credit, nor even acknowledge that they had made a mistake in my order. Also, which was really frustrating, I was told that the #1B actually is brown mixed with black but that was not stated anywhere on the website or else I would have ordered #1 jet black. Very misleading + the bangs I got were all brown/no black mixture in it. Still, I would not have ordered brown or a brown/black mix.
I understand the no return/no exchange policy but in this case, what recourse does a customer have if the order sent was wrong? And these bangs are pretty expensive so I didn't have it in the budget to place another order. I wish that the website would be updated with what the actual product color is so this doesn't happen to another person thinking they will get one color but end up with another. Like I said, the hair quality is beautiful. If the customer service was more helpful, my rating would be higher. I would probably have to order the #1 to get the right color or find another company to go to as I won't spend more money to buy a dye just for bangs. Quite disappointing that this was my first time ordering from Bellami Hair and my experience was less than stellar.”
