“Initially sent me the wrong product. Emailed them for an exchange and they made me email a picture of the product and explain why I didn't want it, even though I indicated in my initial email that I had purchased one item and received another. They had to receive the item ( which I had to pay to ship and THEN be refunded) before they would ship the right bangs out, so I didn't even get them in time for the event I bought them to wear at. The quality of the bangs is decent, but the customer service is definitely sub-par.”
“The bangs themselves are fine however there is a huge difference in chocolate brown color of the bangs when compared to the chocolate brown of my extensions. I had my hair dyed to match the extensions. So even though I ordered the same color, my bangs dont match at all.”
