“I am a cosmetologist and this is the second time I have bought these the first set some clips came undone and normal ish shedding. Now this pair I bought April 3rd shedded to nearly anything and almost ever weft clip has broken undone!! I spent over 300 dollars for these and I’m not rich and severely disappointed and let many of my cosmetologist and clients know.”
“I ordered two sets of hair from Bellami and the two did not match at all! One set, although I ordered dark blonde for both, was red, one might even say pink. I could not possibly wear the two sets together and make it look even close to natural. I contacted in writing and by phone customer service on my problem that the hair was either mislabeled or sent in error. True, I was offered to send back the hair, but this was at my expense on my time, even though the error was not mine. Why would I pay for and wait for hair that was incorrectly sent in the first place? Any company that is focused on customer service would have corrected an error that was the company's and not the consumer's. I understand the hair is "natural" (totally up for debate!) and shades could vary due to the coloring process, however the two shades were not subtly different, but on a totally different color wheel. Whatever the quality control department was thinking the day they boxed my hair is not apparent. So I decided to keep the hair and not use another dime on what was obviously not my ordering mistake. I washed my hair in purple shampoo trying to color correct the pink color. The hair was lighter, but still a totally unnatural shade of pink. After letting the hair dry, I brushed it with a loop brush as advised, but a huge pile fell out (something for which I have a picture.) Fine, hair falls out, and I decided not to give up on the beautiful locks I so desired. I went to straighten my hair with my Chi straightener which I have used hundreds of times on my own hair, and the "hair" turned black and melted into a shriveled pile of burned scraggle right in front of my eyes. I too have a picture of the disaster that occurred. I gave up on the Bellami "100% human hair" extensions and ordered a new set from a different company and I am in total love with what I could not receive from Bellami. I would never and will never recommend Bellami hair extension to anyone! The customer service was horrible in taking accountability for a mistake they made. I mean, honestly, what girl wanting better hair would order TWO different colors of bangs and hair? Does not make sense. The hair is questionable on being human hair. From my experience, the hair was not genuine. The hair fell out, the hair burned, and the hair felt like matted string after I finished styling. Sorry, Bellami, you lost a customer and have gained an advocate against your company for life.”
“I purchased both the cleopatra bangs and the side swept bangs. When they came in they were both different colors. The side swept bangs were strawberry blonde and the cleopatra bangs were a dull blonde, both dirty and smelled previously worn, not your bellami "dirty blonde". They both came in dirty and smelled. I had never purchased extensions before so I didn't know the hair extensions came with a hair net around them and in a package where there is a sticker on the outside that says " if opened, not returnable". I wrote a review about the cleopatra bangs a week ago and said on the review that I thought about repurchasing both bangs again since I had never purchased hair extensions before but I feel "leery" because I received the previously worn and dye' bangs previously worn and stinky smelled, prior to purchasing the 220 go and the 160 grams hair extensions. Like the previous review, I do not like to be negative about reviews, but the bangs were previously worn and we're dirty and smelled but my long hair extensions were clean and the right color and did not smell like they were previously worn. Sorry for the negative review but I do love the long hair, not the previously dye'd and smelly hair, not your new "dirty blonde hair".”
