“I have never had such a awful experience first I waited over three months for them missed my wedding which I ordered them for my wedding then got them didnt get my entire order called customer service never got any call back then finally after three weeks they emailed me back and said sorry we can't do anything for you. Thanks for ruining my wedding and not even giving me any type of resolvement !!!!”
“I was recommended this brand by a mutual friend . I gotta say these were exactly what I was looking for . My only problem with these extensions are that hair falls no matter what ..there’s some shedding and I’m not sure if I was just unlucky because the friend that recommended me this brand didn’t have this problem . Over all , I love these extensions I just wish there wouldn’t be as much shedding .”
