“I was super excited when I received my package the hair felt super soft. I followed the instructions for washing care and the hair has not been the same since. Its pretty upsetting that I cant wear them because they are super frizzy and they tangle soo much!!! Not sure what to do! Would be nice to hear back from someone.”

However, I ordered off black and I received mococcino brown I opened them at night in my living room and couldn't see the difference... Until I put them all in and realized they were just dark brown. So, now I have to dye them. They also seemed thinner this time than the last time I got them.”
