“Customer service 5/5, quality 5/5 but the pony did not at all match the extensions even though they were both chocolate brown. And after 1 exchange I definitely don't want to go through the process of paying additional shipping to the company + customs + shipping back to me as the whole process amounted to $106 just to exchange the original full set/pony (not that bellami can help the fact that customs are mandatory ) but still it's a financial loss to the customer when the exchange is worth half the amount of the actual product.”
“I adore the hair extensions, they are the perfect color etc. But to be clear this is for the hanger and cover. First day I got it, the zipper broke right off-cheap material. I feel like i can put this together myself for less than $20. Like I said though, LOVE the actual extensions”

“I ordered these extensions in “ash blonde” but when they arrived they don’t look like the pictures online. They are a warmer tone blonde with almost reddish lowlights. Also, I received a bonus pony tail with my order and even though both of them are labeled as #60 they are completely different colors. I have no idea which one is supposed to be the actual ash blonde color, but neither one hits the mark. The pony tail is a platinum yellow color.”
