“I am very disappointed with the quality of hair I received. After hearing so much about Bellami hair and all the hype around it, I decided to treat myself and ordered the Bellissima 220g chocolate brown. I liked the sample so I opened the packing, the first thing I noticed was that some of the clips did not clasp shut properly, the tracks were not sewn on properly and two of the tracks on the three clip pieces were coming apart. Still I thought I could repair that myself and went on to dying the hair as it was not a perfect match to my own hair. I used the Syoss brown dye, conditioned and ultimately dried the hair. The next morning I clipped them in and to my dismay, I saw that the hair had tangled badly. I can't believe that I paid 229 dollars for this quality of hair! Seriously disappointed!!”
“I ordered the dirty blonde, that was also supposed to be cool. What I got was straight level 8 warm gold, with absolutely no dimension. Definitely not what it looked like in sample pictures. Pretty disappointed :(”
