“Unfortunately this broke not even after 1 usage. Maybe it was defective already who knows . Now I have this amazing expensive hair I can’t carry and store properly.
I wish they would replace it .”

Love how thick the hair is but the quality is not the best..
It's supposed to be human hair and I couldn't even use heat over 375 or it would melt and singe up..then for the price u charge is quite disappointing.if I was able to use heat to curl and straighten they would be excellent..but unfortunately u can not...
