“I’ve never been so disappointed with a company. I started the process by sending a picture of my hair to be matched. I wanted to order 26 inches for my cousins wedding. Mind you I also had 3 other of my cousins and my sister order extensions from you guys.When I got my results I ordered my hair. When I received it the color was way too light. I decided to head to the city on Thursday the 16th since Thursday are my only day off. When I got there Samantha helped matched me. She found the perfect and said she was going to order it for me and I can come back to pick it up. I told her I could come Sunday after work. On my way home I received a phone call from her saying that they don’t have the extensions in the warehouse. I asked her if I could order them online. She assured me that I could order them and they will arrive before my cousins wedding on the 25th. When I got home I couldn’t find them online so I called the store to see if Samantha could help me find them. She went to check the computer and said “oh no they don’t come in a 26. The longest they come in is a 22” mins you my hair is longer than 22. So now I’m annoyed because I have to come back to the city so she could rematch me. I go on Sunday the 18th and was helped by a gentleman. He found the perfect match for me...again. The only issue once again it’s not in stock so they have to order it. They assured me it will be in on Wednesday the 22nd. I told them I can come in Thursday morning before my nail appointment. They told me that if it doesn’t come in on Wednesday they would call me. I never received a phone call so on Thursday morning I ran to the city quick because I had the nail apt, work and the rehearsal dinner. When I got there I could tell right away by Samantha’s face that something was wrong yet again. She told me that they sent 24 instead of 26. When she showed me the box it was the same box from last time because it was ripped. She tried to tell me it was delivered. At this point it’s the 3rd time I’m at Bellami and spent over $100 in parking and tolls to get there. I explained to her that I was extremely upset and I never complain but this is ridiculous. It’s the 3rd time I’m here. She tried to offer me 10% off the 24inches or she could order them and overnight them for Friday the 24th. I explained to her that I have work in the morning and after work I told the bride my cousin that I would do last minute wedding stuff for her. The only time I could come back for the “4th” time would be early. She said she would come anytime. I then asked her what time would it even be delivered. Her response was “oh you’re right. I don’t know what time they’ll come.” So she was going to make me come for the 4th time and not have them again. The wedding was Saturday the 25th. I didn’t have time to waste. I was extremely upset and disappointed that I had to take the 24 inches. I told her I had to leave right away because I had to go back to jersey for my nail appointment. When I’m at my nail appointment I received a phone call saying that the ups guy just came with my extensions and if I wanted to come back AGAIN to exchange them. I couldn’t believe how unorganized this company has been. I’m a bridal stylist/artist. I do at least 100 weddings a year. I recommend 90% of my brides to get extensions. I always recommend them to you guys because the hair is amazing. After my experience I will no longer be recommending my brides to get extensions with Bellami. I would never want anyone to have to deal with the stress that I dealt with. Especially because most of my brides are already stressed out by planning their wedding. I will now be sending them to DREAMCATCHER, GLAMSEAMLESS and FOXY LOCKS. I hope you can improve your company in New York City.
Ps below is a picture of the hair that came out after washing them one time. They told me to wash them before using it to take the film off of them. I could believe how much hair came out after washing them once.
