“I was not happy with my extensions. They had a very grey/ashy tone about them. My daughter had ordered the same exact extensions previously and the colour was perfect. When I put the new Ones next to my daughters, they were a totally different colour Batch. I had curled them ready to wear and they didn’t match. Now I have extensions I can’t possibly use. Not happy at all”
“I like the carrying case I think it's a good idea. The problem I have is with the hanger...I purchased a pretty good amount of extensions but the hanger has a hard time holding on to them. They need to make the hanger just a bit longer and add a strip of rubber so that it holds on to the hair better.”
“I don’t know what I’m doing wrong. This is my second time ordering this set. I bought the bag, holder, and Bellami brush. I haven’t washed them and have been using a protectant spray. But they always get so tangly after a couple wears, my hair is in tangles so bad that I loose chunks trying to lighting comb. Any advice on what I may be doing wrong, or is this normal after a few wears. My hair is above shoulder length, thin and healthy if that matters?”
