I have been a long time customer of Bellami. I have always had great service until recently. My last order was a complete disaster and the quality of the hair has gone down. I will not be purchasing from Bellami anymore.
I ordered my extensions for the Black Friday sale. This is my 5th set. When I placed the order they were in stock. However, at some point the color I wanted went out of stock. I never recieved an email about this. I just had a pending shipping email. After about a week I reached out to the support group. It took over a day to hear anything back and all I was told was they were out of stock. No other information.
I then tried to get an estimate on when they would ship since I needed them for an event. Again, a longggg delay in response with no real answer. It had then been almost 2 weeks. I tried using the chat on the site but what was down (how convenient). So I sent another email.. no response.. I finally called and got someone to help.
The girl on the phone was helpful. She changed the color of my order to help me get them in quicker. That cooled me down some.
Once I got them in, I was upset over the purchase again. The quality has gone down. They are thinner and tangle so easily now. They already feel matted. I have extensions from years ago that are holding up better than my new ones.
Overall, very unhappy. I know you don’t post bad reviews but hopefully you do read them and you might improve your business so other customers won’t have to deal with what I did.”
