“I love , Love bellami but I was a bit disappointed . From the picture the wig looked black and a bit long but when I received the wig it wasn’t what I wanted . Afternoon loosing my hair I was really looking forward to wearing the wig . I try emailing them to see if I can exchange for another and didn’t receive a reply at all I had to go back to the website to check out the return policy . So was very disappointed .”
“I was so excited when I first found out BELLAMI was making wigs!! I fell inlove with the Xenia wig. When I received it, I straightened it with 300 degrees heat from my flat iron. Some strands started to melt off as if it were fake strands of hair mixed with real human hair. The wig is sooo thick, big and heavy. I then took it to a wig salon professional paid $200.00 for them to thin some hair off. They said it’s the worst wig they’ve ever seen. After they straighten it, they put it on my head and it did not look like my own hair it looked like a Halloween $20 wig. I felt cheated on and ripped off. I saved $600.00 for this wig. I am so torn. I am going through a phase called Telogen Effluvium and my hair is spotted with bold spots.. now I don’t know what to do and how to hide it away. Thanks a lot.”
