“I've been buying extensions from Bellami for years, so when I needed a wig, I thought I knew exactly where to come. I received the wig and the hair was not silky or soft like the extensions are normally. I figured that it would be fine after styling. I was very wrong! Not only is the color nowhere near the photo, this wig does nothing but tangle and tangle. It is fluffy and dry, completely opposite from the extensions. I am very disappointed and cannot recommend.”

“It’s a great quality wig however the color was far lighter than as pictured and the blonde highlights look streaky verses subtle and blended as it appears in the picture. And due to the return policy, I’m not able to return it bc I took it out the box to get a better look at it and see if it’s something I can work with, and unfortunately it’s not. I’m not sure what to do with a 600$ wig that doesn’t work with my skin tone ♀️ I’d love to have a wig that looks like the Bianka picture however the one I received seems far from that unfortunately.”

“Bought this wigh, recieved a stripy highlight light brown blond wig that falls maybe 3 inchs below my shoulder its about 14 inchs, i complained and bellami told me they measure from the front of the head to the back .......... in what world , dont fall for it, complete rip off”

“the lace is great and the top is full but the wig that i got was only 16 inchs and very thin after the first 10 inchs , turns out you cant exchange a wig or get a refund on a wig, i contacted the site and the told me i mesured it wrong, i held it up next to a 22 inch bellami extencion in the picture i sent and there only response was, that the wig lenght starts at the front of the lace to the back.... never heard that before, and the colour , is isnt medium brown going into light brown as shown i got a liht brown blond with blond highlights from the scalp and when i questioned them on it , that question got ignored, not worth 600 tbh , pretty dissapointed, wish i could upload pics to show the complete difference from the wig advertised”
