“I was really excited to get my hair but it never showed up and somehow the order was messed up and so I couldn’t do the reshipping thing they told me about. The shipping thing was so frustrating and annoying that I just got hair somewhere else.”
“So my wig never came and after three weeks I reached out to find out what happened. It literally shouldn’t have taken more than 5-7 days since it wasn’t far to deliver.
They told me they can re-ship my order but won’t do anything for the inconvenience. Not even a few dollars off or a discount on a future order.That’s pretty pathetic that they refused to even make a first time customer feel like they’re of value.
I’m very disappointed. Oh and it’s now my 5th week of waiting on my package since I put in my original order in on November 6, 2019. Still waiting....And Still disappointed !!!!!”
