“I ordered my wig on November 24th and it’s now January 26, the last time they even responded to me was December 26. So for a month they won’t respond to any of my emails. I paid for this wig over 2 months ago and have no idea when I’m going to get it because they have horrible customer service. I am really upset, I feel like this was a scam. I paid over 2MONTHS AGO, and have received NO answer from them, NO shipping label, NO WIG, but they asked me to review it...even though I DID NOT RECEIVE THIS WIG! They also won’t respond to any of my customer service emails. Find a wig somewhere else, especially since they have no clue, took my payment and won’t respond to my plethora of emails. And when you try to call the number they tell you to use, it stays busy.”
“I ordered this wig mid December and read that it would be out of stock for two more days and then restocked. After placing the order I immediately got an email that said I would receive shipping information in at least 48 hours, which I figured made sense because it would be back in stock by then. Not only did I never receive any shipping info, but I was immediately charged for the wig although they didn't even have it in stock.
I've ordered extensions from Bellami before and never had this issue. It was really shady and extremely unprofessional.
After not hearing back from them for two weeks, I sent an email to cancel my order and demanding a refund. I got an automatic reply saying my money was refunded, but no apology or any answers to why my order was treated that way in the first place. This really upset me considering a simple apology would have made me still want to order from the company in the future.
I doubt that I'll ever order anything from Bellami again.”
“I ordered this mid December it was back ordered to 12/22 still have not received. I called and now they say 1/20 an order is due in and it will be filled on a first come first shipped basis. Not very happy at this point”
