“I purchased one wig that I LOVE, and one not so much. They processes my refund upon shipping it back. The one that I didn’t like, had a very “Eddie Munster hairline. I don’t mind plucking my wigs to get them how I need them to be, but the roots were a tinge green. It was a blonde wig with black roots (the wavy one). Now, the straight blonde one with black roots is AMAZING. I seriously have no words for how fabulous the synthetic wig is. People think it’s my real hair. The strap isn’t something I ever use, but you don’t really need it with this wig anyway because it fits so tight.”

“I bought two wigs and both are horrible, they look huge on your head, and are really fake and synthetic looking. They do not allow any online returns! I understand the hygiene reasons that they can’t re-sell a wig but they should eat the cost and provide some sort of compensation! You have to try a wig on to see how it looks on you!!! Most online companies understand this and provide better customer service! Their return policy is in small print, they need to be up front and open about their return policy or I never would have bought a wig from them! Buyer beware!!!!”
