“I had looked up videos of your brand wigs and how to store and care and wear them. I expected a box like in every video i saw. Instead it came in an unmarked envelope that when it was cut into to open, cut into the bag the wig was in. I then take it out and luckily only the bag was cut. I put it on amd it is way shorter than the pics shown. I put it away and took it out to wear it again and noticed the lace is falling apart at certain seams. The straps that attach to adjust are also coming apart at the seams. I have nwver purchased a wig before. So lease dont think I'm applied by expensive wigs. I paid what I felt was a high price for something of quality i could have found at a local Sallys Beauty on clearence.”
