“I ordered this wig thinking I would be able to change the part. It said it could be styled however I wanted. Very misleading. This wig doesn’t look good on me and I spent $75 on something I can’t return.”

“Clearly I did not review the policy - my fault. As a first time wig purchaser my knowledge regarding wigs does not exist. I was told the wigs are a one-size fits most. When receiving this wig, I fir the wig instructed and it was WAY WAY too big for my head. The wire, clips and straps covered my ears and because of no knowledge with wigs, I am stuck with a wig that doesn't fit and can't return it.
If there was a step to sending out trial wig or a cap of the size of the wig, so people like me don't waste personal or sponsorship money from something that could have been avoided.”
