“I needed this for my company Christmas gala I have on Friday. I placed my order on November 4th, on November 7th I was guaranteed that it would ship out overnight to on December 3rd. I have Alopecia that is not responding to treatment, half on my hair is gone. This is a huge event, and now I have nothing. It is too late to try and find something else. So disappointed, if you're not going to have the product don't make promises or keep the customer informed! I called customer service to make sure it was shipping, no one notified me. Now my order isn't coming in until January!”
