“great quality but the color is too red and I cant send back or exchange and have tried to color it twice and it wont lighten at all. No one in customer service seems to care or have tried to answer my questions so it was a waste of my money sadly becuse I cannot wear it.”
“I spent about $300 on this 20’ hair and I’m not satisfied at all. The hair came really thin and it was definitely not 20 inches. I’m never the one to return items or write bad reviews but this just was so disappointing because I had prom and couldn’t return it to get it back on time. I know about this hair because of a YouTube video and I loves the way it was long and thick on the video but that wasn’t my case at all.”
