“I recieved the "same" length and thickness I have gotten for the past 5 years. I have very thin hair so i wear them every day, but this order even with every single piece in my hair... wasnt enough? WHAT. I never even use all of them when i recieve an order bc i dont need that much so thats wild. I also cant even try to wear them because they clump together at the bottom making them look even more thin?? i havent even worn them/ washed/ used any tools on them... so why is this happening? I have reached out numerous times to have this problem fixed and havent heard back from anyone. very very disappointed as i have always loved them. But i will not be ordering anymore.”
