“I’ve been purchasing Bellami’s for years. I wanted a shorter length to look more natural. I was really disappointed when using my curling iron (at low heat ..as I did with my longer extensions — ). I don’t know if it is a bad batch but the hair melts on the iron.”
“I wish I had hair to review. I ordered my product well over a month ago. I didn’t know it was back ordered until I got the order confirmation. I emailed customer service and told them I was moving within the month, when would my package ship out? Response was vague, they said it would make it to me. Well, by the time I moved a month later, the package was on the way to my old address. I contacted customer service, explaining I moved and the package address needs to be changed. They vaguely said they could not change the address. So I contacted USPS. Their response was the sender has to change it. I contacted Bellami again and they said the package is on the way to my new address. However, when I look at the tracking number it just says it’s being returned to the sender and it has said that for 5 days. So I guess I just don’t get my extensions! ♀ Very disappointed with Bellami’s customer service.”
