“I’ve used Bellami extensions a few times in the past and never had issues. I purchased these and I did NOT receive what’s pictured. The mochachino brown is described as their darkest brown (in the picture it looks almost black) and what I got is a mid tone to light warm brown. It’s also an extremely THIN amount of hair compared to what I’ve used in the past for 180g of hair. I opened the package even though the color didn’t match because I’m a hairstylist and can color them myself. I was not prepared for how thin these are based on the product photo and they are nothing like described. Now I can’t return them and I’m extremely upset.”
