“Looking at the picture and model for Almond Brown color was definitely misleading. Both me and my hair stylist thought these would come in a multi-shade almost like highlighted or ombré. When I received the package it was a solid color forcing me to return and waste money on your high shipping fee.”

After a week or two a called to see what happened turns out they sent something to my junk mail saying they couldn’t confirm my payment was from me ?.?.?.?.? I sent picture of card with my name ,picture of my id with my name and address , picture of some mail with both my name and my address, even of a picture of me in front of my house with the address, and a bank statement where the money was deducted for the bellami extensions . Turns out that wasn’t good enough either. They still couldn’t confirm. So I cancelled and purchased Luxy clip in extensions best decisions ever . This company is strange. I’ve never had that problem before . So thanks bellami. They will prob erase this but ...... that’s was my experience. Luxy customer for life”
