“The quality is amazing! The only con I have is the shades offered. I’m color #27 dark or strawberry blonde. When I ordered the extensions, the color was very light blonde. I ordered from the seamless collection but returned them and ordered the same color from the classic collection hoping I’d have better luck with the extensions being true to color but, no. The extensions were the exact same color so I had to return them again. I was so disappointed because the extensions were absolutely beautiful. The customer service experience was a dream. The team was very responsive and helpful.”
