“I received the wrong color which was a huge disappointment. It’s the 3rd time this happens and given the urgency to have extensions, I don’t bother to return. The last 2 sets i ordered didn’t last long and tangled up immediately. Those were the seamless ones in bronzed caramel marble blend and in honey cocoa. This set hasn’t tangled thus far but I haven’t washed it yet. Id say Quality control is trash. I also don’t know what it is with the seamless extensions and why they tangle so easily and if it is related to them being lighter in color but I never had issues with the boogati sets in darker colors. Those have been my fave. I keep coming back to Bellami because of color selection but not sure if I’ll keep doing that given that I’ve revived the wrong color 3 times.”
