“I am in love with Bellami silk extensiones, they are truely one of the best, I wish the matching process was easier, if I could suggest Bellami something is to take better pictures of their extensions indoor and out door and live pictures so that we can truely see the dimensions in the colors … it was so hard to pick the right match, and still I went by what Bellami suggested and they were way off and then pick on my own no still were off, doesn’t take away to the fact that they are amazing quality!!! But please Bellami we need to improve pictures of color choices. Mine are a little to light but I will color them so they can match my hair, they are super soft and thick , I will come back for more but I will get advise from my Jaír dresser as to the match!!!”
“I purchased my extensions February 7th. I was told I would have them by March. I sent an email to the support team and was informed they have yet to be shipped and most likely will not receive the product until April. Very disappointing. I am a reoccurring customer, so this is a big let down.”
