“I’ve been trying to return/exchange this marbleized ash blonde. I spoke to someone on the phone and they directed me to my email and I could go from there; no further return information label was emailed, so I reached out again this time by email with no luck.
I was supposed to get a free ponytail with each set of hair and that was supposed to be straightened out and never arrived.
Hopefully this will get straightened out. I feel like I’m being forced to keep some thing that doesn’t work for me. I thought everything was straightened out over the phone and nothing was straightened out. So my first experience has not been a good one.”
“I’ve only had extensions for a short while now. I’ve had Brazilian knots and beaded I-tips. However I have very fine hair and was worried that the more “permanent” extensions would break my hair so I thought I’d give these a try. Again, because my hair is so fine I was afraid they would slip and pull but OMG these are amazing. My hair tends to get oily pretty quickly so it’s nice to be able to take them out and wash my hair regularly. I’ve only used Bellami with my other installation methods so I knew the quality was great so it’s nice to know I can count on these clipins as well. I will be a lifelong customer”
