“When I ordered these extensions they came in a completely different color than pictured online. I then returned them for the right color about a month ago and received a confirmation saying the extensions had arrived at the warehouse. Despite this it’s been a month and the replacement has not arrived nor has a refund. I’ve emailed and contacted Bellami multiple times and they have said nothing.”
“I have purchased from this company multiple time and was able to color them to match my hair and I have processed these 4 times now and the color will not set.. not sure what you guys deal these with, which I did a crystal gel treatment before color and the color still didn’t take.. if you’re not going to have all colors.. especially for a natural copper then at least make them so they can be colored”
