“Ok let me begin by saying this was the worst purchase I have made from Bellami.
Order hair that was supposed to be in stock the next day after they took my money it says back order till Jan mind u this was purchased in oct ..
So I contact them had to get. Different color and 26 inches .
Ok whatever I can fix color ..
I get the hair !!! It looks plastic it’s staticky it tangled like synthetic hair..
I emailed them and sent tons of pics.
They advised me to wash it . Ugh new hair I’ve never done this Before I usually wear it a couple of times . So I wash it it’s horrible . Sent them another email my response was send the hair back and we’ll do an INSPECTION..this inspection has taken too long , sent hair almost a month ago . No refund no word for them I spent 300 for nothing .ill use luxe hair .oh and the curls don’t stay in. The clips are horrible I’ve never had extensions slip out . Ugh shame on you Bellami.”
