“I bought this hair for my girlfriend and this is her review of the hair and I have witnessed everything she is saying. We cannot believe this was almost $300. I bought her the 22 inch #613 Beach Blonde Hair Silk Seam Clip Ins. This hair tangles back up the second it is brushed. It takes 45 minutes just to curl or wave this hair. When she tries to use her Chi flatiron on a low setting she has to brush each strand of hair over and over before she can get a flatiron through it. Same applies for curls. This is from day one of wearing the hair and on day 5 of wearing the hair this has gotten even worst! The ends of the hair are insanely thin! There are split ends all the way up to the weft. When she brushes the hair there are pieces is broken hair everywhere and she brushes it very gentle and carefully because this hair is already in HORRIBLE condition for day one. It does not hold a curl even with alcohol free hair spray. She has to put huge amounts of Chi Silk Serum or Paul Mitchell’s Super Skinny Serum in this hair to barely be able to manage it. I have wrote an email asking for new hair or a refund. I will change my review only if something is done about this. She has bought hair for half this price that is 1000% times better. This is a HUGE disappointment. The 5 star reviews on this website have to be bought and paid for or we were sent faulty hair. If you look on Trust Pilot you will see they don’t have all 5 star reviews. I doubt this review will even make it onto Bellami’s website and if it’s taken down I will keep leaving it until I am refunded or sent hair extensions that aren’t so damaged it’s like someone else has worn them everyday and night for 2 months straight without taking care of them at all. Shame on this company for lying and/or buying reviews or selling me $300s of faulty worthless hair!!”
“I have golden blonde hair and I ordered the beach blonde. I was worried they would be too light for my hair but to my surprise they came in way to dark and horrible pink hues. You almost have to have brassy hair to wear them. I messaged customer service asking about possible exchanges or solutions and was ignored. I didn’t even receive a message back”
“I am going to try ash blonde next but these pulled more of a yellow tone from my roots. I have another pair of bellami clip-ins that pull more of a cool tone from my roots so it is the color of these I am assuming. Great quality the silk seam is amazing I cannot see any small bumps on my head compared to the classic clips. I am going to try the ash blonde color next.”
