“I was very surprised, I have bought Bellami extensions before and have been super happy with the purchase they’ve always matched my hair perfectly. This time I purchased the Platinum 22” extensions like I’ve done multiple times in the past and they weren’t platinum, they are very yellow. I get married in less than 3 weeks so I’m not able to just return them and wait for a new set to come in the mail. I have to try to make these work. Sad to say, I’m very disappointed.”

“I wanted to love these extensions as I bought my first set five years ago and loved them. My first set lasted me forever and they were the best quality. However, I recently moved and lost them in the process. When I realized what happened, I started looking in the market for new extensions and decided to go once again with Bellami. It only made sense because in my mind, I already knew that they were quality and I didn’t wanna waste my money on something that looked cheap. Well I’m not exactly sure what happened in the years since I bought my first set but these extensions are absolutely terrible. They are cheap looking, the ends have that fake piecey look from being so thin, and the color platinum is not even platinum. They have the shiny look one would expect if they bought $50 extensions from Sally’s. They may be marketing and selling these as full human hair, but I guarantee these are at least half synthetic. They even smell like plastic. I tried to make them work by curling to blend them into my natural hair but the hair is so fake looking, it just looks like I’m wearing some sort of a wig. The extensions are almost heat resistant. They won’t hold any kind of curl or styling. It’s so upsetting. Bellami is one of the most expensive extension companies. I was willing to pay the price to have quality extensions, but these are not quality. I would expect similar if not better for 100 bucks on Amazon now I am out 300 bucks for extensions that look and smell absolutely cheap.
