“I purchased in October and only wore these extensions twice a week. They lasted three months tops. When I first got them they were super thick and silky and I was happy, but each wear they got worse. They tangle super easily, and I lost volume and length so quickly. I purchased the 22” and they are probably 14” now with half the volume. I also used the matrix extension spray they recommended and cared for them as recommended. I have paid far less for clip ins that lasted a lot longer. For almost $300, I had higher expectations.”
“It took me three times to get a color match. After the second shipment I texted them to ask if I could PAY to get a swatch of all the blondes instead of paying express shipping each time, they said they don’t offer that. Luckily the third time the color matched perfectly, but they don’t blend well (if my hair is straight) and they are super thin. I’m 5’3 and I would say my hair is only medium thickness at most and it just doesn’t blend and I even tied up the full bottom of my hair so that doesn’t show. The pictures on the site are misleading in my opinion. They must put all their hair in the front or add extra wefts. I am very disappointed and I obviously had to open the “warranty void if removed” and put them on to notice how thin they are so they can not be returned.”
“I bought these to wear for a few special events I had planned for this year. I bought this color so my stylist could dye them to match my hair. Extensions don’t take color and the range of colors are so small to choose from. I have red in my hair and there is one red and it doesn’t come close to my shade. I definitely regret buying the clip ins. The synthetic ponytail looks better than the human hair and that was very unexpected”
