“I purchase this for my partner as we heard it’s great company from moving from Luxy hair extensions but the quality is horrible my wife used it twice and it got really puffy really quickly and she kept needing to brush extensions and requesting for new product or get my money back but looks like they don’t wanna send anything as they requested to send old extensions so they can provide new replacements.. now I’m struggling for them to help me out here .. they sent out a label and asking me for a tracking number for the puffy ugly extensions… like you provided the label .. help me out here .. not worth paying 600 dollars for this extensions .. customer service is horrible and the first set of extensions I never got anything from them and they sent out second ones and it’s all bad”
