“This is the second time i have purchased the volumizing weft. The first one, felt fried , frizzy and matted after the FIRST time I washed it !!!! I thought it may have been a fluke, so I purchased another one, and this one did the exact same thing !!!!! After the FIRST time i washed it. Yes, with gentle, sulfate, silicone and paraben -free gentle products. Very disappointing, and very costly.”
