“I am extremely disappointed with my recent purchase (2 volumizing wefts) and the subsequent customer service. The wefts I received did not match the specifications I was promised. Specifically, hair was non-existent at the ends, so there was no volumizing effect at all. Despite numerous email exchanges to resolve the issue, I was denied a refund. To make matters worse, they offered a replacement but couldn’t even assure me that the new wefts would be any different.
I decided to keep the wefts just to avoid wasting any more of my time, but this whole experience has been very frustrating. I hope this review helps others avoid going through the same trouble.”
“Despite the other bad reviews, I have purchased two ombré wefts in the past and I absolutely love them. My hair is the same length as the extensions, so I wear two at the same time and it adds the perfect amount of fullness to my hair. I absolutely love them. Mine have also lasted for about 3 years now. I’ve dyed them and washed them and they’re still holding up. I definitely recommend if you’re just looking for a little extra added fullness or volume.”

I bought them 2 weeks ago & the middle section has already gotten super knotted & short (maybe about 16 inches) I’ve owned extensions For 8 yrs + & I’ve known how to take care of them. Took a chance with these bellami’s (my first purchase) & they just seem way more delicate & harder to manage than any other sets I’ve ever bought”
“Right out if the package the hair is beautiful. The thin weft is the only good part about this hair. The hair tangles very easily, sheds, and looks a feels like fake hair. This is NOT real human hair.”
