“In all my years of doing hair I’ve never seen a single clip in be described as a volumizing weft. What I thought I was purchasing was a WEFT not a single clip in. The only way to find out what I purchased was to open the box and void the warranty. I’m extremely upset. I usually love bellami but if someone doesn’t reach out to me to solve this problem I will not be purchasing from this brand any longer.”
