“It’s only 5 pieces, so it’s very hard to blend hair “seamlessly” . Also the “seamless” wefts are “plastic” instead of thread so it bulges and bumps instead of “seamlessly” laying down on the head. I personally wouldn’t recommend them. I bought the classic before and not only did the hair feel softer but they come with at least 7 wefts and lay smooth against the scalp.”

“The extensions I ordered were nowhere near the color on the screen (I know screens distort colors, but not this bad). I followed their return policy by emailing them first for a return authorization. I received No reply, so I followed their instructions on what to do if they do not reply to you. The information that I put into the return box was more than they were requesting since I wanted to make sure that they credited my card back correctly. I tracked the package and saw that it was received by them on 8/16. I waited a few days and emailed them regarding the return since I heard nothing from them. They finally replied to me on 8/23 asking me if I wanted an exchange or refund. Clearly they did not read my return form that was included with my return (per their instructions). I replied back to them within 3 minutes of receiving that email informing them that I wanted a refund. I never received any more correspondence from them or my refund. I found a phone number for them and called them on 9/2 and spoke with someone that told me I never responded back to their request so they had not done anything with my return. She ask me if I wanted an exchange or refund. I told her a refund and I am still waiting on that refund. I have never waited this long to get a refund on anything I've returned in the past from any company. I generally get a refund within a few days of a return. This company lacks in that department therefore I will never order anything from them again. Buyer/Returner BEWARE.”
“I know computer screens alter colors but the extensions looked nothing like the picture therefore they didn’t match at all. I returned them, following their instructions, and they were received back on 8/16 & I’m still trying to get my refund from them”
