“While I am thrilled with the quality and colour of the hair, after 3 attempts of trying to get the right colour, I was not impressed about paying to return to the USA at my cost.”
“It’s pretty hairs but, It’s not thick at all not like they advertise. Also, for such expensive hair, and because you can only color match online, you would think they would include a prepaid return label For returns or exchanges..... They don’t. Over $13 later, it’s been sent back. Let’s hope there are no issues getting my money back.”
