“I had such high hopes of receiving this hair. I do not spend money on myself EVER, especially since I have had a baby. A few months after having her my hair began to fall out in clumps and I have cried myself to sleep many nights. With how unhappy I am with the hair itself, I keep thinking to myself that I could have gotten several diaper boxes for the price of these. They are EXTREMELY stringy, they came tangled, and nothing like the "sample" that I was given on the front of the box. Now of course since I opened the whole thing there is no way to get my money back. I was so excited to wear these on my husband and I's 3 year anniversary, but instead these are just sitting in my closet where they will remain and collect dust. I am so grateful to have received the option to rate these as I have been so disappointed about every penny I spent on them. I really really hope someone reads this. I wanted so badly to get my confidence back.”
“I wore these extensions one time and 3 clips broke. The only thing I did to them was put heat protectant spray on them and use a curling wand and took them out before bed and 3 clips broke. I contacted customer service and they were very helpful and sent me 3 new wefts. However I also asked for a new faux ponytail because the one I received was in the wrong color. They sent a new ponytail once again in the wrong color. I call customer service this time because the process of emailing them took a week just to tell them what was wrong and what I needed. They only sent me one email a day and it took a week long. So during the phone call she pulled up the emails of me saying I need a different color ponytail and the woman on the other end of the phone claimed I wasn’t clear enough about the color I needed. Here is exactly what I said in 3 different emails “No Off Black is the wrong color I need BLACK.” The woman on the other end of the phone claimed that me not saying I needed JET BLACK must have confused the women I had been emailing because they have 2 different shades of black. I figured me saying that off black was the wrong color the woman would have assumed that the only other possibility would have been her black. So the only way for me to get a new ponytail would be to send it back and they will send me a new one. That whole process would take 9 weeks. I needed all of these items for my sisters wedding that I am in and 9 weeks is far to long. I am very mad and will never be ordering from Bellami again after my very poor experience.”
“The extensions are really full, which is great! BUT they are really heavy on my head, and it will probably take awhile to get used to. I also received the ponytail, and that doesn’t work no matter what I do. It’s so heavy, it just slides off. Kind of bummed with my purchase.”
