“The extensions are really full, which is great! BUT they are really heavy on my head, and it will probably take awhile to get used to. I also received the ponytail, and that doesn’t work no matter what I do. It’s so heavy, it just slides off. Kind of bummed with my purchase.”
“Quality of the hair is always amazing. I give a 1 star for the worst customer service. I purchased extensions and then realized I should've done a rush shipping as I needed them for my brothers engagement party later that week. The person who replied stated they have no control over the order since it was already processed. Usually it takes 5-7 business days to get them so I had hopes to receive them by the date I needed them for. Never arrived. I gave it some time... 2 weeks later they still didn't arrive!!!!! Yet my money was taken as soon as I placed my order. This is awful customer service to do to a customer who has recommended this company to over 50 people and they've received extensions from you because of me. Let alone I've ordered myself god knows how many sets. This really let me down as I can't trust I will receive my order in time if I needed it for something important.”
“First, let me start by saying I was very excited for these and they came in beautiful condition. However, after just one use, the extensions got a ratty look to them, they have to be constantly brushed out with a boar's brush to not look like a doll's hair. Second, they are toooo shiny, way too shiny for normal kind of hair, meaning they're drenched in silicone and smell like it as well (it's a horrible, fake smell you expect from cheap hair extensions). Third, that smell should have been a dead giveaway that this isn't 100% authentic hair, but what added to the give away was that when gently ran a flat iron through a piece, it MELTED. It was not a hair damage kind of melt, it was a 'there was a large clump of plastic where a hair used to be' melt. I wanted to love this product but I couldn't. I even waited a few months inbetween uses to see if it helped the smell and it has not, it's just gotten worse. They look faker by the day.”
