“I bought hair extensions a month before I went on vacation and they never came in .. I called Bellami a few times but no one would answer so I ended up ordering extensions for FoxyLocks which I received after 3 days! When I got back from vacation I figured my hair extensions had arrived and still nothing so I called the company over and over again until I got someone on the phone and when I asked them why I still had not received my hair extensions after waiting over a month for them they couldn’t even answer why. They never emailed me updates they just ignored my ordered so I canceled it. I’m never buying extensions from them again. I’m very unhappy”
“Second time ordering from them and shipping and receiving the package was quick! Ordered and received it in a couple of days. Quality of the hair is great. Packaging was amazing. I managed to clip in most of the wefts but some of the clips were impossible to bend!! Need to check the clips before sewing them in or it would be a waste of a weft. I will continue to order from them but they need to get better clips.”
