“I'm usually satisfied with my Bellamis but this time I was extremely disappointed I didn't even notice they sent me the wrong hair color until I opened the package now I can't even return it, I contacted customer service but they took forever to respond. The hair does not even match my naturally hair color so I wasted $300!”
“To be honest I found nothing wrong with them. They were thick beautiful and amazing. If you don't have naturally silky straight hair you might need to manipulate your hair by silk pressing or curling it, and when you wash it , it doesn't matt up which is. Amazing only thing is that the dye comes out and you can see it in the water but it doesn't make a doffrence in the hair appearance. Overall I loved it and I will deffinatly by from this company again”
“Unfortunately, I'm not as satisfied with this hair. Its definitely beautiful but I cant wear it for more than a few hours without it getting so tangled to the point of me having to cut out knots. Its so bad. I also cant ever expect any curls to stay put, even with hairspray. I really wanted to reach out to someone from Bellami about this but based on other reviews, it doesnt seem like customer service will do anything for me.”
“Hi, so I been ordering hair extensions for a long time maybe 2 years or so from you guys, but I came to realize the last 4 orders I placed the clips keep breaking and hair gets tangle really easily, I don't know what is going on, I love your hair extensions, but now I have to order them more often because of that, before I would order at least 1 time every 6 months now is like every 3 months, I just hope it gets better.”
