“LOVE the quality of this hair. It is thick from top root to end! Minimal shedding. The off-black color of the hair vs the braided piece did not match. I ended up dying the extensions with a semi-perm color to get it to match better.
Overall the shipping/delivery turnaround was quick and easy. Customer service responds quickly. I was nervous about dying the hair prior to discussing with them.
