“Poor shipping and communication services. I expected the hair to be if better quality for the price but it tangles so easily and sheds quite badly. They were also not 20" they were a lot longer. The packaging was the best thing about these extensions.”
“The reason I gave it two stars is because for one my hair sheds a lot and gets tangled waaay to much. I know t may be normal for an extension set but I've only had it for about 2 months and it looks like I've had it for more. Also my free pony tail does not curl or straighten which I was not aware of and is very disappointing that it wasn't mentioned to me in the instruction video before I purchased the set . The only good thing about these extensions is that they are full and super thick but also heavy which causes my curls to fall almost immidiently. All in all these extensions are way to advertised as your perfect extension set when in reality it isn't . Good job in the thickness though.”
